Hey! I have plumbed-in my Cellini Evoluzione recently. The setup includes a filter and the pressure regulator (kit from Chris) I found out that the pump squeaks sometimes more, sometimes less at the moment of kicking off. Usually I go half way for pre-infusion and then all the way up and it is when I hear the noise.
At the beginning I could only hear the squeak when brewing (coffee in the PF, therefore more pressure) but now it is there sometimes even when I flush before brewing.
I tried going back to feed from the reservoir and the noise is gone...
Could it be that the pump is not primed due to some water return ? I am not sure if a no-return valve is part of my pressure regulator. Anyway I can assure that from the filter to the machine, that pipe is well pressured, so I am not sure if some water back to the line could happen.
BTW, my first setup did not include the regulator and the noise was present. Actually that was the reason that I added it.
I have recorded the noise in case someone is interested in listening.
