The replacement for the OPV issue came from within CA.
The original from SCG.

But I would expect, that since the Breville USA office is in LA, all machines would have the label if needed.

Yes, the subtleties of dose in relation to toxicity are generally lost on the non-scientists.
But then science has gotten things wrong sometimes.
And the aggregate effects of toxins in our environment is really unevaluated.

I have done some pretty harmful things to my body by choice, some I am already regretting as I get older so I like the idea of somebody looking out for me in theory, in reality my four year old daughter does a better job of it.

Do you know if there is any brass in the group? I wonder if the SS boilers of the BDB are enough for Ca to not have the warning on the machine? Could also be a loop hole since you ordered from Seattle, maybe others that picked up a BDB in CA will chime in if they had a sticker or not.

CoffeeRoastersClub,

Actually its not the "nanny state"

It is a proposition passed by the electorate of Ca at the urging of movie stars.

It's my understanding the BDB does have the Prop. 65 Warning Sticker.

The descriptions all say that the grouphead is SS construction.

I suggest you ask Breville support.
