Yes, the subtleties of dose in relation to toxicity are generally lost on the non-scientists. But then science has gotten things wrong sometimes. And the aggregate effects of toxins in our environment is really unevaluated.
I have done some pretty harmful things to my body by choice, some I am already regretting as I get older so I like the idea of somebody looking out for me in theory, in reality my four year old daughter does a better job of it.
Do you know if there is any brass in the group? I wonder if the SS boilers of the BDB are enough for Ca to not have the warning on the machine? Could also be a loop hole since you ordered from Seattle, maybe others that picked up a BDB in CA will chime in if they had a sticker or not.

It's my understanding the BDB does have the Prop. 65 Warning Sticker.
