I'm having a small problem with my Saeco Incanto s-class (Sirius), and I'm wondering if someone here might be able to chime in with some advise.
Over the last week my machine has been having issues generating steam. The steam pressure starts out good, then dies off with water dribbling out, then comes back again, then dies off; over and over again. The steam lasts for about 20-30 seconds (I haven't timed it), and takes about the same time to come back after it's died off.
I've run descaler through it yesterday, and gave it a thorough clean, but this hasn't seemed to resolve the issue. I was thinking it was a blockage before descaling it, but now I'm thinking it might be a thermostat or something along those lines.
I'm quite handy when it comes to fixing things, so getting parts and repairing myself shouldn't be an issue. I'm just not sure where to start.
Can anyone offer any advise before I fork out some hard earned on sending it for a service?
