But when will someone come out with a 2 group triple boiler machine?  Seriously, I'd go for that.  2 brew boilers dedicated to each group and 1 for steaming.  Or does it already exist?

It does (I think).

Kees van der Westen's new machine, the Spirit, features "This machine boosts (sic) multiple boilers, PID on each boiler, pre-heated water towards front coffee boilers, every boiler can be switched on or off separately, progressive pre-infusion cylinders, lever activated steam valves, individual pressure gauges on each boiler."  (Should be "boasts," I believe.)

Also, I think that Dalla Corte -- both with the multiple group Evolution and their new DC-Pro -- offers machines with more than two boilers . . . .

Cheers,
Jason

Independent brew boilers in Synesso Cyncra (see the technical pdf at the bottom)

... pretty much all the Synessos (Synessi?) claim independent brew boilers, which the baristi I've spoken to appreciate - can tune temperature independently for your house espresso blend and your guest espresso blend.
