I just received my new Vibiemme Double Domobar. I will be plumbing it in my new kitchen and the hole in the countertop will need to be drilled by the installer before they put the counter in the kitchen and I can put the machine on it. So I have a few questions for anyone who has plumbed in a DD (or another similar style machine):
What size of hole do I need to drill in my countertop if I want to run both the water supply line and the water drainage line in addition to the power cord for both the DD and my grinder?
Where approximately do I need to put the hole in the counter? Obviously I want it to be under the machine to hide the hoses and cords but I have no idea how far from the wall the hole should be.
If there's anything else you'd like to share about your plumbing experience (good or bad), I'd love to hear it.
