I have had this manual pump machine for about six months and I've recently been running into problems. I use pods and lately when I go to make a shot, the espresso barely dribbles out and would take a lifetime to complete a shot. Running it with nothing in the portafilter it also has a hard time pouring water out. I've tried turning on the steamer to prime it, which doesn't help. I took apart the filter and boiler outlet and cleaned them, which weren't even dirty or clogged. I have also ran Urnex Tablets through it twice, which helped a lot but only for a few uses before it wouldn't pour shots again. Is it broken or are the urnex tabs not cleaning it enough? I have hard water at my house, could that be the problem? I want a coffee :(

Thanks I'll try cleaning the spring! On another thread people were saying running vinegar through could wear down the pumps, what about citric acid? Where do you buy citric acid?
