This is an invaluable resource. I'm looking at buying this exact model (and live in Lynnwood... Michaelo will be seeing lots of me if it all goes well!), and if I do pick it up, I'll update this thread with my build.

Thanks Lawrence- I'm Bryce, the new ecommerce manager at Michaelo Espresso and I appreciate you sharing what we do with the forum.
I'm designing an online store for La San Marco parts (and later, other brands) and wanted to ask for feedback on the site layout. I'm not a tech, so I have to rely on what you guys tell me! How can I build you the best espresso parts site on the web?
I've yet to rebuild a machine (waiting to hear back on the FCS!) but I imagine kits would be helpful, with all the washers, gaskets, wiring, etc. that would be needed to do a full teardown/rebuild. Information regarding restoring would be helpful too- there's some info on the web about restoring but it's really scattered and difficult to track down. Since you guys mostly work with LSM, asking your techs to do some walk throughs, though laborious, would be an invaluable resource. Selling cleaning products in the same area as parts might not be a bad idea as well.
Perhaps you could have a sort of progressively laid out web store, i.e. you could break up parts according to the order you would work on it. For instance, "1.) Cleaning- you need to clean your frame/parts, etc. so here's the stuff to do that 2.) Schematics- you need to know how everything goes together, etc. so here it is!, 3.) Components- if you have any broken parts, we carry all of them and here they are, 4.) Gaskets, wiring, etc. is here, 5.) Need some tools to work on your machine that you can't find anywhere else? Here are some we carry" or something to that effect.
