Hello fellow coffee addicts
Here's my story.....
Triple grande mocha drinker, daily....$5 a pop x30 = too darn much $$ to spend on coffee when I'm about to make new car payments! :p
So, I'm thinking of this setup (for overall cost purposes)....ive tried a few $300-500 range espresso machines and I wasn't impressed and a $1k unit isn't happening.
So.....
Bialetti Brikka + Capresso Frother Pro + uber quality beans + Baratza Vario grinder + milk + chocolate syrup(powder)
I knew enough to get a good grinder and I know it's also about GOOD quality beans.
I like a darker roasted espresso bean...that will take trial and error until I find some I like.
I have NO idea what to use for chocolate.....any fellow mocha drinkers want to chime in and tell me what they use?
