Their customer support number has been disconnected, and this is the message posted on their website:
"Thank you for visiting! Please note that mypressi (Espressi, Inc) has regretfully ceased distribution operations in the US and is unable to offer sales, warranty or technical support at this time. We expect this issue to be resolved in due course. Please send an email to support(at)mypressi.com and it will be responded to as soon as possible."

I was very upset to learn this last week.
My Mypressi Twist has been a constant companion at work. Last week, it stopped working. Just can't get up enough pressure. The little puffs are quite anemic. It was then I called customer support, and voila! GONE.
Now I need to find another method of getting espresso at work. :-(

totally sucks, I bought a bunch to sell which was hard to do given all the issues with getting the water hot enough, dialing in the grind/dose etc and the leaks. I still have 2 new in box I guess I will entertain offers!!!
