It has been a long time since I have been on here. My boss has a Lavazza Espresso Point and I am not sure what is going on with it. You know I am not into the pods, but she is a good person, so I want to help her out. So... the machine turns on and heats up. You try to "pull" a shot and I hear the motor going but nothing comes out. I hesitate to take it too far apart because it is my boss's and I don't have the spare $800 to replace it. Does anyone know of any repair techs in the Atlantic City, NJ area? Or can give me some simple tests to help trouble shoot?
