I have a Rocky Grinder, but it's not the doserless edition, and everything is blue and ugly.
The grinder itself does a fine job, but I would really like to convert it into a doserless version by mounting a snout like this: http://www.espressoparts.com/MR_017
However, isn't it possible to get it in any other color than blue? and while we're at it, can I get a non blue hopper for it?

Welcome to the forum.
I too dislike dosers for home use. There are a couple of downsides to the Rocky doserless mod which you you should be aware of before you do the mod which you are considering.
The Rocky and other doserless grinders with plastic parts give rise to static and clumping. As much a POC as the Rocky doser is (doesn't sweep clean) it does discharge the static somewhat on the metal floor of the doser. This is why some folks grind for each shot then sweep the doser chamber clean. There are mods involving tape on the doser vanes to help sweep clean.
It will be impossible to get a grinder brush into the grinds chute with the snout in place. Some folks mount the snout with wing-screws to facilitate removal for cleaning.

By the way my grounds hopper as well as my bean hopper are smoked so you should be able to get at least a smoked beans hopper.
