hi I am reviving my Isomac Millenium. It had been stored for about a year. The whole thing heats up to pressure, but when I pull the group lever, no water comes out of the group head. It comes out of the overflow valve into the drip tray. I did open the group head and reset the large spring and the valve thing under it. Tim from Chriscoffee told me sometimes just freeing it up will allow it to function. But no.
Any other thoughts? Is there some other relatively easy fix for this? I do feel the spring go up and down when I engage the group lever, at least when the large bolt is off of it.
thanks I hope I can have espresso tomorrow morning!

If water only comes out of the bottom of the group, the exhaust valve is stuck open. I would suggest disassembling the entire group and you will probably need to replace all the seals (3). See my step-by-step instructions HERE.
