The steam is coming out of the brew head because the water is still at steam temperature from steaming. When transitioning from steaming to brewing, the machine must be cooled down first, and you can do this by opening the steam valve and turning on the pump at the same time, until the water in the boiler is cool enough.
To get hot water: when the boiler is near brew temperature (not steam temperature), open the steam valve and activate pump at the same time.
Yes if you have a really good grinder, a commercial basket will work.

Thk for repay MJW
1)U mean that after i steam, i turn off the steam button n close steam valve n press the brew button n open steam valve to make some hot water out form steam nozzle for lowering temperature then i am good to go ?
2)Can i just brew the coffee 1st then continue by steaming then i don't need to lowering the temperature right?Because the retailer ask me to steam 1st then follow by brew n i don't know why i need to do that.
3)The hot water come out from steam nozzle is yellowish n the water in reservoir is clean. what happening?

Right. Turning on the pump draws new water into the boiler, cooling it down.
Yes, you can brew first, then steam. Your retailer may be concerned about the empty boiler that can occur after steaming. When you steam, it uses up water from the boiler that is not replaced. So, after steaming, run the pump to bring in water again. Brewing does this. I'd encourage you to try both ways, and see which you like best.
Not sure. If you've been using your machine only a few days that should not be happening, however, I suppose it's possible coffee could be being sucked up into the boiler. If you run 100 ml of water through the steam wand is it still colored?
Important tip: if the boiler runs empty, and the heating elements are on, then the heating elements will wear out fast. That's why it's important to keep the boiler full of water.

Thk for repay again.
1) How much water should i pump out after steaming ?Is there any symptom show that my boiler don't have water anymore?
2)Empty boiler after steam, so i need steam first? If i brew first follow by steaming will be more safer right?because brew will pump in water n i don't need worry about empty boiler or u mean my retailer scare after i steam after brew then turn off without pumping water, next time turn on the boiler will not refill automatic n i brew will harm my machine?
3) I have pump 100ml n the water is clear. Thk
4)I saw that when i steaming around 20s the boiler turn on(indicator green light off), at that moment will my machine automatic pump in water n boil it? if don't that mean i have to stop steaming?or can i just press the brew button while steaming to get water in the boiler?
