I have not owned or used the Le'lit, but I did look up some of the parts on 1st-Line. The Tstat looks like a screw in type. That may have the same threads as Auber RTD sensor. I use this on Gaggia, but you could talk to Suyi at Auber, or 1st-Line and check the thread size. One easy option if the threads match. I recently did the Gaggia using Auber stuff, not a kit. You should be able to solder spade connectors to lines, or be good at crimping. You should have and be able to use a multimeter.
The Le'lit look like it has normal flip switches so wiring is fairly easy. You could probably figure it out looking at Silvia and Gaggia diagrams and "diy" if you are inclined.
Boiler control is usually easy and straight forward, and steam almost as easy. You need spade piggyback connectors and 1/4" or metric equivalent male and female and some wiring. Wiring should be rated at higher temp, probably 105C and you can use about 26 awg except for the load side of the SSR.
I would guess that several people on the forum could talk you through it, but again, I do not have a Le'lit.
