I have a very minor wobble where there is one of the four rubber feet is about 1/16th of an inch, or less, up. It is just enough to annoy me and I am afraid to start flexing the frame or anything drastic. Does anyone have a fix for this or a way to level it out without risking scratching or over-bending it?

Took your idea about the felt and I found a piece of cork with one side sticky from some odd job I must have done around the house. Cut it into a nice small square that fits perfect and can't be seen. Wobble solved...only problem left is I know it is there....can anyone say obsess much? lol
Check to make sure that the feet are fully against the frame. You could sand down the tall one(s). get replacements that have threaded studs so they are adjustable. Spacers between the feet and the frame.
