My mother was recently gifted with this used espresso machine but doesn't know how to operate it and didn't receive any operator's manual. Does anyone have a link to an English language instruction manual or operator's handbook for this unknown model of Futurema espresso machine?

Welcome to CoffeeGeek!
Your machine might be an older model of the Futurema Perla. It's hard to tell from that small picture.
The company G.E.M. Futurema was acquired by the Bianchi Vending Group S.p.A. in 2007 and has a bit fallen into oblivion at the moment, no longer having a homepage any more. Its former domain (futurema.com) is for sale.
