Bezerra BZ07 is worth a look given the space limits - it's 9.5" wide with steam and hot water to the left. Well within your budget, it's a HX but not E61 its avaliable semi and auto and there is a PID version of the auto.
There is more to warming up in the morning than just the boiler, the whole machine needs to come up to temp and for nearly all machines, that is half to a full hour. If it is on a timer, this is not a big deal as you simply set the timer to the correct warm up time and when you want to use the machine it is ready to go!

I do realise this, but the warm up of the group etc. is achieved by heat transfer from the steam boiler - it will be faster on a smaller boiler, by some amount. However the thermal mass of the group is fixed, and the boiler thermal mass doesn't directly scale with volume, so I'm not expecting a 1l boiler to take half the time of a 2l. Maybe 30 mins vs. 45, or to be better stabilized after 45 mins. This is more useful for the occasional evening/weekend use than the mornings tbh.
(Sorry, I work with ultra-cold cryogenics for a living - I have to know an awful lot about achieving temperature stability after a big temperature changes in mixed state systems, sometimes I need ľK stability at 300 mK after cooling from ambient ;) )

I believe the Bezerra has a heater in the group head since it is not directly connected to the boiler - there is quite a bit of commentary on HB about it - the set up seems to result in less flushing required compared to an E61 if the machine has been sat idle. The one downside of that machine seems to be where the water tap is situated.
