The steam and water spout work, and water at times comes out very light, sometimes just steam. I took off the screen and it is clean. I backed flush regularly.
I did not use the water softener, but instead used a Bita, it is 5 years old or so, but used lightly. Could it be scale in the HX? I called WLL where I bought it but the best techs that know the machine won't be available till Monday. I did have a stuck vacuum relief valve a few years ago, other than that no problems.
It also seems to take a long time replenish the boiler. I have had a few problems with vapor lock, though that could be because I was playing around.
Just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas on something I could try before I talk to tech support.
