Hi everyone I just got my Domobar Junior and been experimenting en making coffee with this wonderful machine. I have been having a problem: If the machine is on for a couple of hours when I attempt a cooling flush only steam/boiling water comes out of the grouphead. Even after 30 seconds the water is still to hot! I've adjusted the little screw for temperature under the tray and turned it all the way down to no avail.
Anybody have an idea or should I go back to the store?

What he described about the steam is normal, however I found when I got my the pressure stat was too high for my tastes from the factory. Basically by turning down the max pressure the steam boiler reaches before the heating element turns off your machine won't get so hot, but at the same time if you are making large lattes like steaming 10 ounces or more of milk it is harder to do when the pressure is low. On my machine I have it set to turn off at 1.1 when the heating element is on.
I guess the question should be, at what pressure does the heating element turn off?
