Hello, all. I have a beautiful Quick Mill Vetrano for about a year now. I keep it extremely clean, and I was thinking its it's time to Descale. However, Chris' Coffee recommends not to descale. I tested my water hardness and it is within spec, about 3ppm, so according to them I shouldn't need to.
What do you guys think - is descaling really not necessary?
