I am in need of some help with my Rancilio Silvia espresso machine. My espresso machine is new.Yesterday i make 2 cappuccino with my Rancilio when i finished the cream steam knob stuck! not turn left or right. Please help i dont know what i do... Thanks!

Don't force it, the plastic will break. I expect you can pull the plastic knob off of the valve stem. Use an adjustable wrench in the brass stem to gently try to turn it without risking breaking the plastic knob.
