Hi All, first time posting here and I need your help. I have been looking for a replacement/upgrade for my broken Breville espresso 'cough, cough' machine. I've narrowed it down to a Gaggia machine based on price and availability but am stuck between two choices. I have read a lot about both the Dose and the Pure but have also seen the Evolution. The Evolution has the 1300W Aluminium boiler but the boiler is 1/3 the size of the stainless steel boiler in the Dose and Pure. I'm a big fan of Latte's so being able to have lots of good steam is important too. Can anyone advise on the boilers, steam capability of the these models. The reviews all have them listed as being great at producing a good shot when you have the grind right so the last remaining question I have before purchasing is the steam. Any other advice on these machines would be greatly appreciated.
