Subject: Rancilio silvia problem steam knob not turn! stuck!
 

I am in need of some help with my Rancilio Silvia espresso machine. My espresso machine is new.Yesterday i make 2 cappuccino with my Rancilio when i finished the cream steam knob stuck! not turn left or right. Please help i dont know what i do...   Thanks!

You may have closed it too tight.  I do this all the time..

i dont think so. i try to turn it now but its to tight.I'm afraid to put much strength to not break.

If you closed it with the machine hot, heat it back up.

Don't force it, the plastic will break.  I expect you can pull the plastic knob off of the valve stem.  Use an adjustable wrench in the brass stem to gently try to turn it without risking breaking the plastic knob.
