Coming up on 6 weeks of a new PAsquini Livietta and have been experiencing some weirdness the past two days. Every morning, I make a double shot of espresso. I use the same setting on my Baratza Vario and hopefully the same pressure on the tamp. The past two days, the espresso has come out terribly slowly, over a minute for 2 ounces. The end result is very bitter too. I tried a coarser grind and virtually no tamp, but the issue persists. When i run the water without the portafilter to clean it, it seems to be okay. I have backflushed using cafiza a few times. Any ideas what is happening?
