I can't offer you any expertise in this area, other than to suggest you include how old it is, what kind of shape it's in, what environment was it used in and how well was it maintained. Also, are you the first owner? Things like that will certainly affect the value. Think of it like it's a used car you're trying to sell.

That is a pretty big commercial unit worth several thousand brand new. Your bio says you are just starting out? Starting out making espresso or starting out in the restaurant business? :-)
