You probably would eand to make a pressure device to attach to the PF. A couple of fittings and a gauge. The most difficult part is removing the PF spout. You need a good vice, not just vice grips.
The Gaggia small boiler can be useful as it heats very quickly. You can learn some temperature stability by surfing, or PID, on either. Both surfing and PID are in the following, with videos.

Thanks for the advice. Still not sure, but leaning back to the Gaggia; 1) because I already have one (Coffee Deluxe) and I like the portafilter heft and feel. 2) It's a well known entity with parts and modification information readily available. 3) It looks like the Lelit doesn't really have a pour over water tank. The photos show a bottle like reservoir which requires the tubes to be removed to pour in fresh water.
But, I'd still like to hear from other members. Gaggia Classic vs. LeLit?
