It actually does have a hole and included hose for the drain, somewhere I saw a pic of it... oh yeah, here it is. A pic of the water connection, drain hose [and fire hazard] below. Referenced from this page. And if you look at the top pic of the Bric there, you can see the braided line & drain hose at the back.

Again, it's quite complete for the money. 1st Line is actually having a great price on it currently, which makes it hard to ignore.
Too bad it looks like there should be feed grain stored in it. I know... that's harsh. :)
