My problem has recently begun, when brewing a shot it is stopping early before the short is complete (set to factory settings). The machine is dialed in correctly, normally shots vary between 27-37 seconds depending on how I set the dose and grind.
The coffee produced tastes ok, the bar pressure is maxing out just below 9 so I am not sure what is happening.

I never use the 2 shot button or the manual. Just 1 shot with a double basket NPF, normally I get 27-30 seconds shots, randomly the machine stops early around 20 seconds, with proportionally less coffee then next shot will be fine.
