Hi,
Just acquired a new shop including a Conti Club 2 group. Unfortunately the best employee from the previous two owners has failed to show up for work and I'm left, in addition to finding another employee, with how to figure some things out. Fortunately we are not open yet!
I have the technical reference guide and a request in for a manual. I changed the filters and cleaned it as best as I could figure out how to. While I await the arrival of the manual, if anyone can chime in I would appreciate your saving me some time and frustration.
Questions:
-Do you keep the machine up all the time? -If you turn the machine off how long do you find it takes to come up to steam? -The steam knob is a little fussy and may either take some getting use to, an adjustment, or a first aid kit on standby. Any suggestions here? -How often do you change filters?
