Flow is for ULKA and is from my first post in this thread.  Straight from the pump with no restriction is about 600 - 700 on that chart.  I would guess that the Eaton is similar since the Gaggia specs do not differentiate between pumps when noting pressure.

I found several statements that the Eaton and ULKA are equivalent, so the flow vs pressure should be similar.
