Hi all about a year ago our steaming function stopped working so we took it into the local service centre for espresso machines. Guy changed the switch out saying it was fried . $120 later we were back in biz. Yesterday went to turn off thr steam switch and it was jammed in the on position, steam worked if i turned the machine on and off but couldn't turn the steam button off at all. Decided to push a bit harder and the button flipped off but now will flip into on position but doesn't heat up anymore to create steam. So my guess is that the steam switch is disconnected somehow and it's a problem with the switch and not the boiler.
I tried the little red breaker on the boiler but no luck.....
