I have never heard of a frothing station or a pro frothing machine. There are cheap ones that kitchen shops sell but they probably will not last in 2 hours of constant use they are made for low volume home use. But a cheap small HX machine like OSCAR could make steam for a long time and runs on 110 power. They sell used for about 500$.

If you have a powerful cooktop available you can make something like my "Steam monster". Be carefull! Be sure all the safety regulators work when you are done. Steam can hurt you. An exploding boiler can kill you.
