Hi gang, i just wanted to know if there are any of you out there that collect espresso machines (electric)??? i just picked up a quickmill the other week and really like it and works well. Tonight i find myself looking again at any interesting machines for sale, not too expensive. I just wanted to know if there are others like me? thanks fabs

Currently 2 V1 Silvias (One modded with V3 parts and PID), 2 complete working commercial machines, 1 commercial machine just missing a drip tray to make it fully functional, 2 commercial parts machines.
All bought used and broken.
The most common issue with the commercial machines they seem to sell for is 'won't hold pressure'. Almost without fail it's an old vaccuum breaker valve that's stuck. That and they've been neglected and are clogged up with scale and coffee residue. I've become pretty good at troubleshooting and cleaning these things.
And yes, I still constantly check my local online classifieds for good deals.
