hey I've recently bought a Bezzara B2009 espresso machine. We haven't been able to turn it on by following the instructions. they are very vag and not very descriptive. could anyone be able to help shed any light on how to properly turn it on?

There really should not be much to it. Make all the plumb in connections, make sure it has filtered water feeding to it under pressure. When power is applied, the auto fill system should sense that the water level is low and proceed to fill the boiler. Once the boiler is at the operational level, the heater is turned on and the water comes up to temp. The machine should have at least an hour to warm up, you are bringing up a lot of water and metal to proper temp and that takes time.

we have turned it on and tested it out. one of our 2 water dispensing ports works fine the other one doesn't have enough pressure and it takes forever to poor a cup of espresso which defeats the point. we removed the screen to see if it was clogged and its fine pulse the pressure is no better when the screen is off

If you are referring to the group head (where you put the porta filter with the coffee in the basket inside the porta filter) then it sounds like it has been years since the machine has had proper service and that you have some scale lodged in the tubing or group head. At this point you might try to do a chemical descale but as there are things plugged up, a full disassembly and descale would likely be the best answer. If you don't want to do it yourself, a service shop could do it for you, at a price.
That is a thumbnail guess, there are a lot of things inside an espresso machine but because one side works and the other does not, taking into account that there is one pump (I am pretty sure about that with that machine but?) the problem likely is in the plumbing.
As they say, check the most common things first because...... they are the most common.
