I have that trouble with some blends. Liquid Amber I usually have to scrape out with a spoon no matter how fast I take out the portafilter after making a shot. I've been using the same baskets so the blend is the only variable for me, and it just seems to vary with the coffee how cleanly it knocks out of the pf.
