Hi,
I've been getting uneven pressure lately from my machine (Bezzera BZ10).
When I start the shot, pressure ramps up to around 9 bars, but variates throughout the shot, as if the pump was somehow not able to keep constant pressure. I can see the pressure gauge oscillating and I hear the pimp variating in intensity.
I tried grinding a bit coarser, but then extraction is too fast.
Machine is fairly recent, so pump failure is not the first thing that I would think about.
Any suggestions on what I should check or correct?
