There are tons of very good discussions and information on VST posted here and over at HB just use the search. I have that exact machine, PF and use only VST baskets no thoughts of changing. They will require you to change your grind search and read on.
You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.
For some reason the search tool isnt working for me lately. I've used it in the past, but the last few weeks I get nothing. I'm comfortable with forum searching, but it's not working.
Ok so VST by itself is to short for the internal search feature so do "VST+Basket" on the internal search. Better yet Google something like "VST Basket Coffeegek" or "VST Basket Homebarista" scroll down the list until you find hit on either forum then click the first link down that says "more from coffeegeek.com or homebarista.com" crab a coffee and start reading. :0)

You can perform site-restricted Google searches. To search CoffeeGeek just add site:coffeegeek.com to your keywords. I find them generally much more useful that the built-in search functions on forum sites.
