For you experienced Baristas / Masters, which machine or machines would you consider most forgiving. Which machine could a newbie like myself, after reading a ton of info on what it takes to get a good shot (temps, tamps, grinds etc), be able to walk up to and have the best chance at pulling a good shot. Even though he never actually pulled one. WITHOUT using a Super Automatic!

The more stable it is in temp the more forgiving as apposed to temp surfing on a single boiler. HX or Double boiler are more stable and more expensive. I really like the Londinium 1. I got to play with one, it doesn't need a flush before pulling and it is really nice and I think anyone could pull a nice shot on it. But that is more than I can afford.... comeon lotto numbers...

I didnt hit the lottery so thats outta the question, but I am getting back a nice return on my taxes and saw a Nice QM Anita with a PID on it?? It may help with my inexperience and lack of hands on.
