Hi everyone,
I bought a used Andreja Premium a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly up until a couple days ago. I switched it on in the morning to preheat, and when I came back to it the brew group was only slightly warm and there was no steam. The power light was on but the two other indicator lights were off.
Here's what I know:
When I turn it on, only the power light comes on. The other lights stay off and the boiler doesn't heat up.
The pump turns on when I pull the brew lever.
The pump does not refill the boiler, it also does not come on when I open the hot water valve.
I Jumpered the wires for the float switches and nothing changed.
Today I installed a new heating element, hi temp stat, and water level probe and I am still having the same problem.
