If you don't want to use that machine on a 220V circuit, you don't want to buy it. You can get a decent, single group, heat exchange unit designed to work in an american house at 110V for less than $2000. If you ask the question, you're obviously not in a position to do the job, so... Repairing a machine like that one and replacing logic board, power board, all solenoids, pump-motor etc would get you a quote higher than $3000 and most likely a "More than 66% of a brand new, better machine". Ie. you don't spend $12000 to repair a 1988 Honda Civic. You buy a new one.
