A couple of times, within the past week, I have noticed an odd noise emanating from my Oscar. It only happens during the initial heat up after turning Oscar on in the morning. Everything seems fine with the machine but if anyone has an idea what the noise might be let me know. Here's a quick video of the problem: Click Here (www.youtube.com)

An air bubble in the HX, maybe? Try running the pump for about five seconds right when you start it up and see if the noise happens then. This would be a good question for our resident Oscar Guru, Plindy!
