Hello everyone I'm looking for help to find the EC M Sorrento two group espresso machine I'm looking for the manual and I am having a horrible time finding it. I'd appreciate any help. I've been on the net for days. Luckily I found the right name for it. I, find pictures but I can't find links Or manuals.
Commercial espresso machines rarely come with manuals, at most you <might> get a single sheet explaining how to set the dosage at the keypad. If you're really lucky, maybe an exploded parts drawing. The Sorrento is now called the Michelangelo DS, you might try contacting ECM direct.
Alan hit it dead on. What is it that you want to know? These machines are pretty much the same except for small things like the exact sequence for programing the touch pads.
In real life, my name is Wayne P.

Thank you for the information. The machine turns on fine, it heats to its Top heat and marks the heat levels however if I'm supposed to get the lights to turn on They haven't they only flicker ? the water doesn'tt rise . Its cbonnected properly to a water line ..... But the water meter doesn't rise. Any suggestions?
And I don't want to run it unless it has water, because I was told it can burn if it doesn't.
