OK Chris, you've got my vote!  Nothing like a 'drop ship' on my doorstep!  LOL!  That is one beautiful machine with all the bells & whistles!  Now we need a fair price . . . I am in and I will call you tomorrow!

Please report back what CC says regarding price and ETA.  I'm not usually an early adopter but I think it's down to this machine and the Vibiemme now (which is also not currently in stock). Londinium would be in the running too if it weren't for overhead cabinets.

Same here. I am not giving anyone my credit card until I know what it costs. Too much credit card fraud these days to have my number sitting around. I would also like to know if CCS is taking the shipment..adjusting the settings including PID and then shipping them to us..

OK, y'all . . . I spoke with Chris at CCS this morning!  He had sent an e-mail to Quickmill regarding the new Vertrano 2B (availability to pre-build with 110v, 15 amp, what would be the cost, etc).  They would have to design & build them to his recommendations and then ship them over!  He was waiting on a reply from Quickmill and said he would post it here when he found out anything.  He wanted to know how many people might be interested so if you think you might want one, post your request here . . .

Greetings! (1st post here -- we-hee!)

Been lurking & reading here for a while, gaining invaluable knowledge as I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a machine+grinder (but I don't want to hijack this thread).

In addition to saying "Hi," since I've been considering the QM67 as well as the (maybe) Vertrano 2B, I wanted to express a guesstimate and a question on the price of this new machine. From what I've seen, European prices quite consistently put the 2B at about +/-EUR370 (pre VAT) above the QM67, which is about $475. I think it's a safe bet to assume that this will be the price differential in the US.

I really like the looks and other features of the Vertrano 2B -- but I'm not sure I like it $475 more. What do you think? Do you have some price threshold in mind?

Cheers,
Zevi

I'm guessing it should be about $2200..  Less than the R58 and Duetto 3. The way I figured is the Qm67 is being sold for less (about $1700) then it is here in dollar equiv..

Nice! First time I could see these two side by side. Makes you appreciate the 2B. Definitely buying it if the price is right.
