Subject: Rancilio Z11/AT Installation

I have this rancilio z11/AT model and I'm confused about the water inlet connections.  This machine appears to have two water inlets.  In the pic, you'll notice that the inlet on the left has an up arrow behind it and the inlet on the right has a down arrow behind it.  Also, the hose that is attached is how I received the machine, that connection is another 3/8" water tap.  I've called a local espresso repair company in town and they are also confused about the two inlets.  I'm just wondering how this is intended to be connected to the water source.
