What do you want to know?

It is not t a brand that I have heard of before but there ate lots of brands that I am sire that I haven't heard of so that isn't a big deal.

It is a two group commercial machine. It most likely will be made from "off the shelf parts" but there will be some that will be specific to that machine but most of the "guts" most likely will be easy to get.

Is this for a home or you  intending to use it commercially?

cheers for the interest, I'm just looking for any comment from others in the industry as I have had experience of the Bianchi Vending equipment but very little exposure to the traditional HORECA kit. However I would fully agree with your  "guts made from common parts" sentiment as they all sh8t in the same pot!!!
Having said that I have had good experience with the other kit from them so it can't be bad news for them to be using Gigar controllers etc..

I had misssed your post due to compuetr failure thatkept me offline for a while.... so apologize for late answer....
Sofia is a fine two/three E61 group machine. When Nuova Bianchi wanted to enter the Horeca market they went out and bought a small company (Futurema) that had been founded by son in law to Valente founder of Faema<. Bianchi themselves had been part of the Faema empire,,,,
Some components are proprietary, many come from common suppliers to the industry:::
Ciao, Pietro
