Dear All, I got a used OSCAR which is the older model. (I think it's the older model because its PF holder is with different look.) When I got it, it was with the pod diffuser and I can't lock in the PF due to the aged gasket. Then, I ordered the Nuova Simonelli Ground Conversion Kit and Group Gaskets from chriscoffee. However, after I replaced the parts above, I have serious leakage issue.
I found that there are at least two kinds of the gasket. One is flat and one is non-flat. I found the heights are different. The size of the flat one is 72 x 58 x 7mm. I found the other one from ebay, Nuova Simonelli Conical Group Head Portafilter Gasket 71 x 56 x 8.2mm. Another one is "Nuova Simonelli Group Gasket Conical group gasket set of 3 does not fit Aurelia Tech Specs Outer diameter: 2 13/16 inch Inner diameter: 2 4/16 inch Inner height: 10/16 inch Outer height: 6/16 inch Made in Italy" which is much thicker.

I have had no end of trouble with my Oscar group seals but have found that the conical seals are the best solution for me. The 71 x 56 x 8.2mm are a little thick for me so I turn them down in the lathe to 7.8mm and they are perfect. You would have to check your pressure to make sure that you are not overly high and the only place to get relief is the gasket.
