I don't know haw to fix it but you might go back to Mark Prince's review where he mentioned the same problem. It's not a big worry as it's only a guide and doesn't affect the pressurestat. Hope someone figures this one out because I fear I'll have the same problem one day.

I've since written to Fregnan Federico, as Mark suggested, received a prompt email reply, and now weeks later, have the gage itself by regular mail (from, translating his handwriting: Dr. Fregnan Federico, Via A. Volta, 18, 31030 Disson di Casier (TV)). I have the Semi Automatica, but believe it uses the same gage.
No replacement instructions accompanied the new part, so I'd be interested in hearing if anyone has gotten them. While it doesn't look like a difficult replacement, the gage on teh Semi Automatica is fitted pretty tightly against the water tank, and it would be good to know the recommended replacement sequence.
