"Owner's Instructions" give no information on any disassembly. I want to access check valve and other components to see if I can discover and fix the problem of the pump motor running but no hot water reaching portafilter. DelonghiUSA.com was no help

http://coffeegeek.com/forums/espresso/machines/631402 Respectfully, you asked the same question in June and were given a good answer considering this machine is not worth very much. For the effort you are giving this toaster you could have acquired used a machine with a much stronger pedigree. A used Silvia for $250 would be much more worthy of your ministrations. Good luck
