Subject: One group head not working.  Conti Xeos

Hi!

We have a Conti Xeos machine in our cafe and the left side has started to not work properly.  When activated, water only comes out in a trickle.  Right side works as always.

So far, we have changed the group turbine, the regulator and the flow meter.

We are starting to run out of ideas.

Thanks!

Evan

I have no experience with this particular machine but normally one one of two things would cause this.  A clogged (with calcium) grouphead and or a clogged or broken flow meter.  Seeing as how you already changed the regulator and flow meter I'd bet it's the grouphead. If the machine is cooled down I'd disconnect it and see how it looks.

Why not swap parts between the two sides? Whatever part makes the problem move from the left to the right will be it.
