Posted Sun Dec 15, 2013, 9:38am Subject: Bezzara BZ07 Not Priming?
From a complicated set of (legal) circumstances, I've recently received a new Bezzara BZ07, and I've found that it does not seem to be priming. When I turn the machine on, I hear the pump running, but it does not seem to be drawing the water out of the resevoir, and the pressure does not increase at all. The machine does not include instructions, but I've read online versions, and none of them mention anything about priming , or if they do, it is in Norwegian, which I don't understand.
It's a beautiful machine, and I would love to get it going. I'm used to a lever machine, but I'd like to get the BZ07 running for my wife and son to enjoy.
Does anybody have any ideas, or know of a website that discusses this machine in detail? So far, my search has been fruitless. . .
